Our Story
The 6 core elements are the main principles of Classical Chinese Martial Arts. They are used to distinguish precise levels in our system as you progress, thus achieving a common goal. In order to tell the authenticity of any Chinese Art, one can use these attributes once learned.
There are "Pre-Requisites" for each element. The first 4 Elements ( 1) PHYSICAL 2) MENTAL 3) BREATHING 4) QI ), are the most important as they relate directly to the handling of the FORCE FLOW through the QI FLOW MERIDIANS. Within these 4 Elements are 13 pre-requisites. The 13 have to be learned first in order to heal oneself and then others, because they alert you to the meridians which are used for treating others. Then, one can handle Martial aspects of the Art. In the CSL SYSTEM, you must learn to heal before you can see Force and disrupt it.
