What an amazing summer we've had at the Southeast Event Centre... from Worship in the City, to a Farmer's Market that has seen growth every week, to a jam-packed concert in the Main Arena Bowl, to hockey, volleyball and basketball camps, special nights and music nights on the Forum & Bistro patio and more and more people enjoying the restaurant - we've been busy!!

So, now, it's time for us all to re-set.

We are taking the Monday of September long weekend off to gather up all the energy we will need for the upcoming Steinbach Pistons' season and MUCH more!!
We hope you will also enjoy this time with family and friends before the fall routine gets into full swing! We are thankful for our community and we love having a space that brings us all together.

Who will create the Ultimate Pistons Dog?

Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the Southeast Event Centre Parking Lot for the inaugural SEC/Steinbach Pistons' Charity Hot Dog Cook-Off!

Local businesses and community teams will go head-to-head, serving up their own signature hot dog creations in support of a great cause. Competing for the title of Official 2026-2027 Pistons Dog are:

Mark your calendars for SCU's Halloween for Hunger on Saturday, October 31 at the Southeast Event Centre!

Bring a tin for the bin in support of Southeast Helping Hands if you're able, or simply come and enjoy this FREE family event.

The first hour will be specially designed for our sensory-sensitive friends, followed by an afternoon open to everyone featuring costumes, games, candy, face painting, and plenty of Halloween fun!

Food and snacks will be available for purchase at family-friendly prices, and best of all, this is a rain-or-shine event, so we'll be warm and dry indoors.

A huge thank you to SCU for making this wonderful community event possible. We can't wait to celebrate with you! 🧡

As our summer memberships wrap up on August 31, we want to thank everyone who helped make our first season such a success!

We're thrilled to be heading into our first full winter season at The Court House Pickleball Club with: ✅ 150+ hours of open court time ✅ Evening and weekend play options

SignEx was busy up on the lift today… and MazerGroup, Ledingham and Holiday RV & Marine will be busy being seen at every event at the Southeast Event Centre.

The Southeast Event Centre Farmer's Market is excited to be back tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th from 4-7 pm with these amazing local vendors. The harvest is in full swing and you can tell! We have seen our market grow in vendors and in the community stopping by! The parking lot is getting packed and we are SO happy about that!

From veggies, to jewellery, to honey, to fresh baked goods, to the yummiest drinks and more, THANK YOU for helping us bring people together!
