Lots of fun had at the 2026 Open Water Chamionships at Gull Lake this past weekend. Thanks to Swim Ontario for hosting and to the many officials and volunteers that made this happen!

🏊‍♀️🎉 Congratulations to Ben, Molly, Keira, and Michelle on their outstanding performances at the 2026 Ontario Swimming Championships!

Michelle set a new GSH club record in the 14-year-old girls' 100m freestyle with a time of 1:01.43, while Ben lowered his own club record in the 100m backstroke, finishing in 1:01.09.

Not to be outdone, Molly delivered an incredible meet, smashing the 15-year-old girls' club record in the 200m butterfly with a time of 2:27.81 and also claiming the club record in the 200m individual medley with a time of 2:29.11.

Fantastic racing by the whole team! Thank you for representing GSH with such dedication, sportsmanship, and pride. Well done! 👏

🏊‍♂️ Good luck to Conner K. as he competes at the Bell Canadian Swimming Trials this week!

Conner will be racing alongside some of Canada's best swimmers, including Finlay Knox, who proudly represented Canada at the 2024 Summer Olympics. What an incredible opportunity to compete alongside world-class athletes. We're cheering you on, Conner! 🌊🖤
