That’s it, that’s all folks. Lower end oils and engine oils are changed, boat is unloaded and tarped up for the winter. Thanks to everyone who came out and made some memories this year.
We have already started planning for next year and there will be some changes. Looking at possibly spending the whole season at St Catherines marina at the mouth of the welland canal. When plans have been finalized, I’ll let everyone know.
Thanks and I hope you all have a great winter. Can’t wait to start making more memories in April 2027!

This mornings trip was pretty much a copy of Tuesdays trip. Fish are still hugging bottom. We needed our POW Casting titans to get us to the desired depth and hold us there. TNT Fishing Lures custom spoons took 5 fish and a FishedIn CustomBaits rubber meat strip took 1 hit. These smaller chrome chinook are still putting up a fun fight!

Bit of a late report but we got out on Tuesday evening for a little bit. It was nice to get out after all of the charters we had to cancel/move due to the strong east winds. We decided we didn’t want to mess around with stagers so we went out deep for some smaller silver fish. Ended up having to run our baits from 160-220 down due to the warm down temps. Glad we have our POW Casting titans to keep blowback to a minimum. We ended up going 3/4 with 2 knockoffs on nice silver chinook. TNT Fishing Lures and Silver fox tackle were the best baits for us. As the 2026 season winds down, we are hoping Mother Nature cooperates and we can get our last few trips in.

Quick trip this morning. Ended up 6/7 landing 2 lakers and 4 chinook between 4-10lbs. 1 fish in a Got2Bite fly and the rest on Silver fox tackle spoons and TNT Fishing Lures spoons.
Just had a last minute cancellation and tomorrow morning is now available. Let me know if you want to go! 6:30am start.

Fun morning with this family who was visiting from Halifax. We marked lots of fish but the majority didn’t want to play. Bigger fish came on Got2Bite flys and meat while our smaller fish came on Silver fox tackle and TNT Fishing Lures spoons. We ended up going 6/8. As we were packing up the high dipsey with meat got absolutely smashed. After a short battle the line went slack and it turned out the fish bit us off, bitting clean through 40lb test line. Oh well!

It’s stager season. Big boys and gals are chomping. Check out the canine teeth this big buck is developing. Went 3/3 today landing this 21.6lb chinook and 2 smaller silver ones. Meat took the big guy and the other 2 were spoon fed by TNT Fishing Lures and Silver fox tackle
NE winds tomorrow will keep us on shore and family plans for the holiday Monday will allow the fish to rest another day.

Fun morning today going 5/8. Shaker, 8lber, and 3 mid teen fish. FishedIn CustomBaits took 3 shots, Got2Bite flys took 2, and our Silver fox tackle and TNT Fishing Lures took the other hits.

Sunday and Monday fun. Sunday morning we went 3/8 landing an 18lb chinook, a rainbow and a small chinook. Sunday evening we went 6/6 landing 1 rainbow and 5 chinook. Monday morning we were 7/8 landing a laker, coho, 3 bows, and 2 chinook. Pretty mixed bag of successful baits. Top baits were Got2Bite flys and Tw***ie rigs with real meat and FishedIn CustomBaits rubber meat. Next top producer was my custom TNT Fishing Lures spoons followed by Silver fox tackle green watermelon and a prototype, then a Great Lakes Spoons bloody nose. Thanks for a fun/wet couple of days!
