🇹🇭🇨🇦 Regan Gowing Proudly Represents WMC at Thai Festival 2026 Launch

Fresh from another impressive victory, WMC North American and Pan American Champion Regan Gowing proudly represented the World Muaythai Council at the official launch of Thai Festival 2026 in Ottawa.

Hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy and Muaythai Canada, the press conference celebrated 65 years of friendship and cultural exchange between Thailand and Canada. Guests enjoyed traditional Thai dance, authentic Thai cuisine, and an exciting Muaythai demonstration by Ottawa Fight & Fitness.

Also in attendance was Khru Alin Halmagean, President of Muaythai Canada and one of the pioneers of Canadian Muaythai, who continues to play a leading role in developing the sport across the nation.

Muaythai will once again be a major highlight of Thai Festival 2026, with live bouts taking place during the festival, showcasing Thailand's national sport to thousands of spectators in Canada's capital.

Congratulations to the Royal Thai Embassy, Muaythai Canada, and everyone involved in promoting Muaythai while strengthening the longstanding friendship between Thailand and Canada.
