Girls be like “I really needed that” and it’s just a cute new matching gym set, a new flavour of energy drink, and their favourite music blasting in their headphones.

The set: Oner Active 😍
The drink: strawbango ghost 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘆𝗲’𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 💪🏻
The music: A Day To Remember 🤘🏻

Meal prep looked a little different this week. I prepped (with the help of Rose and Lewin 🥰) for back to school by making a few dozen egg bites, pizza buns, pumpkin spice muffins, and nut free energy balls. Quick and easy breakfasts, lunches and snacks that are also pretty healthy to go in the freezer for the kids. 😋

Summer went by so quickly and now we are on to another school year. 🥺

Your new favorite breakfast 🥞 😋

Cinnamon Bun Protein Pancakes

RECIPE:

•350g Kodiak Cakes power cakes mix

•150g egg whites

Add a little water at a time to thin it out and make it pancake batter consistency
Mix together in a bowl until combined.

For the cinnamon swirl
•1 scoop of Magnum Nutraceuticals Quattro vanilla soft serve

•A sprinkle of cinnamon

• 1 tbsp (more or less) stevia brown sugar

Add water to thin it out just a bit.
Mix in a bowl until combined.

In a heated pan add approx. 1/4cup of the pancake batter. Add a TBSP of the cinnamon swirl mixture and swirl it around with a tooth pick or knife. Cook pancake until it is cooked through flipping when needed.

Top with sugar free syrup and enjoy.

Makes 5 servings. Macros per serving in the next photo.

And of course I got my favorite protein powder from 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘆𝗲’𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 😍.
