STONY PLAIN KYOKUSHIN KARATE Kyokushin (pronounced "key-yoke/shin", meaning "the ultimate truth or reality") This style of Karate is known as a hard style.

Training times: Monday & Wednesday Seniors 7:00-8:30pm
Wednesday Competition-Prep 6:00-7:00pm
Saturdays Advanced Kata 9:00-10:00am
Combined Class 10:00-11:00am
Beginners 11:00-12:00pm
The Stony Plain KyokushinKarate Dojo is a member of the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Canada (IKOKC), led by Branch Chief Shihan Stuart Corrigal. The IKOKC is part of the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan (IKO) led by Kancho Shokei Matsui.
