I would like to thank all the athletes for all the hard work they did this off-season, yes the time went by way too fast this summer . It was awesome to watch the younger athletes move up to a more intense program . And I would like to thank all the veteran athletes for giving guidance and helping out with the younger athletes. Wishing you all the best of luck in your season, work hard and stay focused, much❤️and respect. And ps, thank you Kris for all your great help.
