The river 2 days in a row

Yesterday our group went on a boat ride of the Avon River

Today we enjoyed pizza and a walk on the other side of the river!

One client said “this was my favourite outing yet” today - the weather was great and it was so nice sitting and watching the ducks 🦆

Roxie came up with another fun craft for the group. We made DIY octopuses, we got a laugh from the last one it looks so angry

I wanted to introduce everyone to Jenn who will be taking on some managerial roles at Memorable Moments.

With our growing team and clients, a top priority is to offer great customer service and to have all team members feel supported.

Jenn’s role will include quarterly check ins with all employees and clients to ensure we are providing exceptional care and to help identify areas of improvement. She will also be assisting with scheduling and client intakes.

We are working with an HR company to redo and create new policies and procedures including a new on boarding process that Jenn with oversee.

A big role we are really excited for is we are working with a company to create a new training course for all employees so they can be trained on conscious care - something we will share more on when we have it finalized. Jenn has a lot of experience training and assisting with this model of care and we are so excited to have this be apart of our employees toolkit

Thanks to Stone Pillar Farmstand for having us over on Thursday.

We saw their animals, had some pictures by the sunflowers, arranged our own flower bouquets to take home and then had lemonade and a snack on the back porch

It was a beautiful day 🌺 🌼

Pies and donuts have been delivered with 3 orders going out tomorrow

We somehow have 3 extra boxes of donuts if you did not get yours please let me know

We’ve had 2 spots come up in our community outing today. We are headed to a flower farm in Tavistock pick up around 12:30 back around 2:30/3pm. Only $20!
