Youth Workouts are starting again next week!!
Ages 10-14

We will go on Tuesday and Thursday from Sept. 10th - Nov 28th. Then, take a little break for the month of December.

⏰️ 7:45-8:45am - we will give a few minutes before the end for kids to change if they need to before heading to school.

If the student goes to JSB, I will walk them across Caradoc st!

Tuesday - strength focused 💪 🏋🏼‍♀️🏋‍♂️
Thursday - general conditioning focused 🏃🏃‍♀️🚴

We are only taking 10 kids per class.
$100 for a 10 class pass

(OR - $270 for 3 months unlimited and can join any other Fitfarm classes on top of the YOUTH classes!)
