I’m back in Summerland and mat class is on tomorrow morning (Saturday) at 9am at Summerland Physio!

Class is canceled Thursday Aug 4th as we had a family emergency in Alberta so we are extending our trip a few days.
Saturday morning class is still planned to happen but I will post an update.

Here are the summer Pilates classes:
Mondays and Saturdays at 9am
Mondays and Thursdays at 5:25 pm
Classes are 50 mins long

Dates: July: 16, 18, 21, 23
August: 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 25, 27, and 29th.
4 class punch card $75
Drop in $20

First class would start tomorrow, Saturday July 16 at 9am

*classes will be held at Summerland Physio at the back of the clinic (park alongside Memorial park near horseshoes) and enter at rear door to the left of Home Hardware.
