As we move into September, we would be honored to offer all fire crews and emergency service personnel FREE classes in a showing of thanks for the incredibly hard work they’ve put in to protect our town! We will be forever grateful for all you’ve done to save our beautiful town ❤️

We are back to regular classes starting this week! Thank you for your patience as we prepped the studio getting it back to safe space for us all 🥰 we will have the September schedule out soon, for now we will continue on with the classes we currently have on schedule!

We’re back to regularly scheduled classes starting tomorrow! Sarah will be in studio offering a 75 minute Rest, Restore, Recover class at 9:30am 🙏 online booking available through our Jane app link, drop ins always welcome!

Thank you for your patience as we have worked to clean and purify the studio. We are now ready to re-open and are excited to do so with a free community based class this Friday evening. Studio props and mats available for use at no charge for those who need. Come together as a community to enjoy an evening of relaxation, registration through our Jane link is appreciated but not necessary ❤️

As we continue to bring the studio back to a safe and healthy environment for all, we have made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s Rest, Restore, Recover class. Maintaining the safety of our space and people is of our highest priority, and we are working diligently to open the studio once again. ❤️
