Aspen Meadows Disc Golf Club

10/04/2026

Many of you have reached out in hopes of tracking down a disc or two that was somehow "misplaced" while playing! haha! ;)

We wanted to let you know that all the discs that we have in the lost and found will be brought into Calgary. We will go through them and get a hold of anyone who has their number on the disc.

We will remain open for a bit longer, but once there's snow, it gets too wet around here for all the traffic.

Thank you all for an incredible season! See you in Spring 2027!

WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK! ☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️ Last week’s email included a link to our Falcon’s Flight 17 player survey, and we would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to fill it out.
As organizers, we’re always looking for ways to improve. We want to know what you loved about this year’s event, what you think we could do better, and what you would like to see at Falcon’s Flight in the future.
Your feedback genuinely helps us when we sit down to start planning the next event, so whether it’s positive feedback, constructive criticism, or an idea you think would make the weekend even better, we want to hear it.

You haven’t truly experienced Aspen Meadows until you’ve been here in the fall! 🍂🍁🪾💨 Sadly, fall doesn’t last very long around here. One strong breeze and this beautiful colour will be gone until the green of spring returns. It is highly recommended that you pay us a visit this weekend to experience the awesomeness of the foothills in autumn.

A quick note from Jordan (full version is found in your email) PLAYER PACK UPDATE
Great news — the missing player pack items have arrived!
We are currently working on getting them into everyone’s hands. Rather than shipping a large number of individual packages, we’re going to send them out through a few upcoming events wherever possible.
For our BC players, we will be sending items to:
• Encore Open – Cranbrook
• BC Provincials – Logan Lake
If you’re attending one of those events and would be willing to pick up an item for someone who lives near you but isn’t attending, that would be a huge help. There are only a handful of players in that situation.
For our Alberta players, we will be sending items to:
• Alberta Provincials – Edmonton
For Calgary and surrounding-area players, I will also be setting up a pickup day. I’m not sure exactly what day that will be yet, but I will make sure everyone is informed once it is confirmed.
I’m also still working out exactly who will be transporting the items to each event. Thankfully, we have quite a few people from Calgary attending each of them, so I should have that finalized shortly.
I’ll send another email later this week with the pickup details, who will have the items at each event, and any other information you’ll need. Thank you all for your patience!

Thank you for your patience! The FF17 photos are finally ready to share. A HUGE thank you goes out to Chad and Christine who worked their tails off to try and ensure there is at least one picture of every player! They have all been uploaded to a Google Photo drive which will be linked below and in our stories! Please feel free to download and share, but make sure to tag us! Thanks again!

**Have you recovered from Falcon’s Flight 17 yet?! 😅 Because… WHEW! We finally have!**

We had our final FF17 committee meeting this past Monday, and before we officially wrap up another year, we need to say a HUGE **THANK YOU** to everyone who helped make Falcon’s Flight 17 such an incredible success. ❤️

Falcon’s Flight is a pretty special event—but it wouldn’t be what it is without all of YOU.

To everyone who volunteered (despite the rain 🌧️), spent countless hours cleaning, building and maintaining the course all summer, donated items, contributed whenever you could, or simply showed up and helped make the weekend what it was—**THANK YOU.**

This community continues to show up year after year, and we are incredibly grateful. We know Rudy would be pretty darn proud. ❤️

Now, our committee is going to take a **very well-deserved break** before we start dreaming up Falcon’s Flight 18! 😴➡️🥏

**BUT… GOOD NEWS! 📸**

We have officially received the professional photos from Sunday’s rounds!

We’re just figuring out the best way to share them all with you—and trust us when we say **they are worth the wait.** 👀🔥

For now, here are a few little teasers… 📷

See you at **FF18!** 🥏❤️
