Sundre Bike n Ski Club

A club for any mountain bike or xc ski enthusiasts who are interested in the development of safe, consistent and sustainable trails in the Sundre area.

Sundre has so much potential for outdoor activities it's mind blowing! What can help explore this potential is the creation and support of an inclusive club that draws together like-minded people to create user-friendly and sustainable trails in the Sundre area. This is that club; together we will make Sundre an even more incredible place to live!

With the help of some stellar volunteers, kind donations from west Fraser and some generous patrons, and awesome egg salad sandwiches from Carole, we were able to finish our second of two bridges today that will allow the xc ski track setter to set ski and groomed walking trail from bb creek at the south end all the way up to the north field! This continuity project has been years in the making and just needs to be smoothed out a bit. Here’s to a great fall/winter of happy trails!

Did you know can pop a few bottles in the bike n ski bin at the depot? Any little bit helps to keep the Sundre trail system trimmed and safe for walkers and bikers and doggies and kitties and foxes and seniors and the whole works!

A new toy!! For your trail using pleasure the Sundre bike n ski club has invested in an industrial strength mower to help tame the weeds along the Sundre single track! And the best news - it’s self propelled so easier on the volunteers!!

Every spring, we often lose trails to the river! But thanks to our incredible VOLUNTEER team, they create new paths for Town of Sundre residents and tourists to use year round.
