One day, they won’t need you to coach them anymore.
The practices will end. The competitions will become memories. The routines, the scores, the corrections… they’ll all start to fade.
But somewhere along the way, between the “one more times,” the hard conversations, the belly laughs, the tears and the hugs, you became part of who they were becoming.
They may not remember every word you said.
But they’ll remember that you believed in them before they believed in themselves.
And maybe that’s the greatest privilege of coaching. 🤍
