Our Fall Youth program got started today! Teaching the basics of movements such as squatting, bench pressing and a CrossFit workout to finish!

🔥 FALL YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 🔥

We had so much fun with our Summer Youth Strength & Conditioning program so we’re keeping it going this fall! 🍂

Our In-Season Youth Performance program is designed to complement practices and games so there will be a greater focus on strength, technique, and athletic development.

📅 Mondays & Fridays
🗓️ September 11 – December 18
⏰ 3:30–4:30 PM
👟 Ages 10–16
🎟️ 10-session pass: $250

No need to fully commit, we will use a punch pass which offers flexibility to attend sessions that work best around sport schedules. Only the sessions attended are used and there is no expiry.
