I am a yoga instructor in the Surrey BC area, offering both public and corporate yoga classes. In my corporate class I will come into your place of work and teach classes based on the needs of your office. I can do morning, lunch, afternoon or after work hour classes. Have you ever wanted to try yoga but feel intimidated? I offer an ongoing class on Sunday evenings for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. The class starts with a slow flow and ends in restorative, relaxation poses.
