We celebrate the Feast Day of Saint John Bosco, patron saint of the young and the poor. Born in 1815 in Becchi near Turin, Italy, Don Bosco grew up in poverty and lost his father at a young age—experiences that shaped his deep compassion for young people in need.

You may ask what is Popping?
Well popping is centered around the technique of popping (or hitting), which means to quickly contract and relax muscles to create a jerking effect (a pop or hit) in the body. Popping can be concentrated to specific body parts creating variants such as arm pops, leg pops, chest pops and neck pops. Featuring a clip from our year end show last June

Interested in learning a fundamental for Hip Hop? Join our Breaking classes one for beginners and one for some that have a little more experience!

Breaking consists of four kinds of movement: toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes. Breaking is typically danced to hip-hop, funk music, and especially breakbeats, although modern trends allow for much wider varieties of music along certain ranges of tempo and beat patterns.
