Fascia FLO is now a regular class at Vayusha — and if you’re new to the practice, the first four weeks are the perfect place to begin.
The first four classes will focus on Fascia FLO Foundations, helping you learn the essential movements, principles, and body awareness behind this unique fascia-focused practice.
Through specific, engaged movement, Fascia FLO helps you explore the body’s connective tissue system and support mobility, ease, and a deeper connection to your body.
Rather than pushing, forcing, or working through pain, this class invites you to move with curiosity and intention.

Today’s post is for the dog lovers in our community…
We’re celebrating the sweet pups who belong to our Vayusha instructors — the walking buddies, cuddle experts, studio mascots-at-heart, and unofficial wellness assistants.
And for those who aren’t dog people?
There’s always Downward Dog. 🧘♀️🐾
Postpartum movement is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about reconnecting with your body slowly, safely, and with support.
Reformer Pilates can be a beautiful option for postpartum women because the machine offers both support and resistance, helping you rebuild strength, improve alignment, and move with more awareness.
Every postpartum body is different, so your practice should always meet you where you are. Please check with your healthcare provider before starting or returning to exercise, especially if you are recovering from a C-section, experiencing pain, leaking, heaviness, pelvic floor symptoms, or diastasis recti concerns.
Our September Reformer Series with Maria begins soon:
Wednesday Reformer
Starts September 2
10:30 am
Sunday Reformer
Starts September 6
11:00 am
Move with support, control, and care.

Aerial yoga doesn’t always have to mean flips and flying.
In Aerial Foundations Flow, the hammock becomes a supportive prop to help you explore traditional yoga poses, improve alignment, deepen flexibility, and move with more ease.
This all-levels class stays mostly grounded, making it a beautiful option for beginners or anyone curious about aerial yoga in a calmer, more accessible way.
Great for joint support, mobility, mindful movement, and gentle release.
