✨ Wild Thing, Your Way ✨Also known as Rock Star or Flip Dog, Wild Thing is a beautiful heart-opening backbend that combines the strength of Side Plank with the freedom of a flip.

This pose helps:
🌿 Open the chest, shoulders, and hips
💪 Strengthen the arms, back, and core
🌙 Build confidence, balance, and body awareness
💛 Invite a sense of playfulness into your practice

But here’s the most important part: your Wild Thing doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
You can start with a variation to feel supported, build into an intermediate version when your body feels ready, or explore the advanced expression with more openness and lift.

Yoga is not about forcing the “full pose.”
It’s about finding the version that feels safe, strong, and honest for your body today.

Some mornings start with breath, movement, and a quiet moment just for you.
Functional Flow is not your typical flow class — it’s a full-body reset designed to wake you up from the inside out.
In this 60-minute practice, we move through sequences that stretch, compress, rotate, and strengthen every corner of the body. Each class is guided by breath and a heart-centered intention, helping you feel grounded, energized, and ready for the day ahead.
It’s dynamic, a little playful, deeply restorative — and open to all levels.
Come in early, move with us, and give yourself that calm, powerful start your day deserves 🌿

Happy International Tea Day 🍵✨
At Vayusha, tea has always been part of the experience. Before or after class, we love offering fresh loose leaf tea to our students — a small moment to slow down, connect, and let the calm of practice linger a little longer.

And if you’ve found a tea you love in the studio, we also carry beautiful blends from .teapot for purchase, so you can bring a little piece of that ritual home with you. 💛

As the day slows down, so can you.
This evening Yin class invites you to soften your body, quiet your mind, and return to yourself. With gentle movement, stillness, and deep support, you’ll move from the energy of the day into a place of rest.
A grounding practice for anyone who needs a pause. 🌿 Led by Mikki .kinnaird

“Will aerial yoga hurt?” Sometimes, yes. Especially when you’re new and the hammock is pressing into areas your body isn’t used to — like the thighs or hips.
But with practice, your body adapts, your confidence grows, and it usually starts to feel much more comfortable.

Just remember: pressure is okay, sharp pain is not.
If anything feels too intense, we modify. Always.

Aerial yoga is a practice — the more you learn, the more your body understands how to work with the hammock.
