Young Guns Hockey Elite Training Facility

The Young Guns Hockey Training Facility is one of the newest and most high tech Hockey only training centres in British Columbia.

Our facility is comprised of a synthetic ice rink, a shooting gallery, a 40 ft hydraulic skating ramp, and a hockey skate treadmill. Our treadmill offers you a chance to strengthen your skating stride and increase your skating speed. Our open work out space with weight room is used for warm ups, plyometrics, and core training. Here we use a unique 1 minute shift program and quick muscle recovery system that incorporates hockey related skills and techniques for an all over workout.
