MEET ANDREA CONTI - A kinesiologist and strength coach from Italy, with a deep-rooted passion for coaching and performance optimization, I have a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Florence. Currently a Canfitpro PRO Trainer, and a student at Setanta College - working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. Having trained in the gym and actively involved in various sports, including soccer, combat sports, and strength training basically my entire life, this diverse experience has not only boosted my own physique but also fuelled my passion for empowering others to reaching their full potential. With an expertise for combat sports and martial arts, he’s immersed himself in disciplines such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and boxing.
