Birds of Paradise is a beautiful expression of balance that requires patience to bloom. Rise up from the earth and find your wings, knowing that the view from the top is always worth the effort. To practice Birds of Paradise, start from a bound side angle and step your back foot forward. Shift weight to the free leg and slowly stand up, lifting the bound leg with you as you straighten your spine. Namaste 🙏

Half Monkey teaches us that the journey toward our goals is just as important as the destination itself. Bow forward with a humble heart and a long spine in this preparation for splits. To practice Half Monkey, start from a low lunge and shift your hips back over your back knee. Straighten your front leg, flex your toes toward your face, and fold gently over the front thigh. Namaste 🙏

As we close our studio doors for renovations from June 15 to August 15, we want to take a moment to say thank you.🙏❤️
Over the past nine years, we have had the privilege of watching this incredible community grow stronger, healthier, and more connected. Every class, every challenge, every drop of sweat, every friendship, and every achievement has helped create something truly special. ✨
This is not the end of a chapter- it’s the beginning of an exciting new one. 🚧
Over the next two months, we’ll be transforming our studio to create an even better experience for you. Our goal is simple: to provide a space that continues to support your health, strength, wellness, and personal growth for many years to come. 💪
