Laughter Yoga & Music Therapy

We are pleased to announce 5 beautiful programs every Friday & Sunday at our temple, starting from MARCH 2019!

As you are all aware of the fact that our
Sri Yoga Hanuman Cultural Society
is not only in to promoting the temple and its activities, but also in to developing various cultural and social, sports activities that enrich our day to day lives.

This is the bedrock of our Society for us to bring about diversified cultural activities!

1. Laughter Yoga - an hour program starting at 4:30 PM till 5:30 PM every Sunday from March 10th.

2. Music Therapy - an hour program starting at 5.30 PM till 6:30 pm, every Sunday from March 10th.

3. "BALA PRAARTHANA" (Children's Prayer) - an Hour program for children Every Friday, 6:30 to 7:30 pm starting from Friday 1st MARCH 2019!

4. "Yoga for All" - General Yoga - Every Sunday 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

5. Tamil Language Class for Adult & Children - Every Sunday at 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Please find the lighter side of your life, and participate in these wonderful sessions, Please support these sessions actively for the sheer value they bring in to our otherwise routine lives, and make our lives more healthy, colourful, and entertaining!

As you are all aware, currently, your beloved temple is conducting Sri Vishnu Sahasranama,
Sri Hanuman Chalisa Paaraayana
Visesha Pooja on
Saturdays Concluding with
"PREETHI BHOJAN" at about 8:00 PM.

Now, we are pleased to announce the introduction of ‘Preethi Bhojan’
on another day during the week,
in addition to Saturdays!

Hereafter on all Tuesdays,
devotees can sponsor
Sri Hanuman Chalisa Paaraayana
Visesha Pooja with "PREETHI BHOJAN".

The Thiruvaaraadhana (Pooja)
flow remains the same on Saturdays,
however, on Tuesdays ‘Preethi Bhojan’
will be served at about 8:00 PM
after
Vedic Meditation,
Naama Sankeerthana,
Hanuman Chalisa and
Upachaara Pooja.

No need to emphasize about the gain of goodwill, greatness and generosity,
associated with providing food to others, as it is,
as good as, providing food to God Himself!

In line with the good old proverb in Hindi,
“कोई भी व्यक्ति दान देकर कभी गरीब नहीं बना है.",
meaning
‘nobody ever becomes poor by feeding others’.
‘Preeti Bhojan’ is a glorious and sacred act,
and we request devotees to sponsors for all Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Please actively visit the temple on all days of the week
and on all Tuesdays and Saturdays, in particular!
Please sponsor ‘Preethi Bhojan’ generously,
and seek the blessings of Lord Hanuman and fellow devotees!

Devotees can also book all
temple and house pooja services ONLINE!
