January is in full swing!! Great energy Saturday. I Mike likes doing stairs!! I dont think being 60 is slowing him down anytime soon!! Have a good weekend and see you all starting Monday!

Power is still out in our area. BC Hydro estimates repairs should be done by 6am. 5:45am class is cancelled.

Tomorrow's 5:45am class is cancelled. Hydro's latest update suggests repairs done by 6am.

It was another crazy full Hyrox day ! Everyone finished strong!! Sorry Deb we lost you in the crowd!! A terrific shout out to Sonja, Deb, Ally, Linda, Emily, Barb, Maya and Vy. Everyone worked hard and finished strong!! Very inspiring to watch!

Judd had a great performance today at Hyrox Vancouver. Great job today Judd! Consistent hard work pays off! Strong and steady to the finish!! Ladies tomorrow. Good luck to Sonja, Debbie, Linda, Barb, Maya and Vy!! The room was full of great energy!!
