Hello sweet friends
It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news of our mother’s passing.

She left her physical body last night surrounded by family and loving words.

We appreciate all of your support and prayers during this tough time, we loved our sweet mother and she will be missed greatly.

Her travels continue.

This is a time of year to reflect on all the thing we are grateful for. This has been an emotional year with our aging parents. The support we have received from our yoga family has been incredible and we realize that community is a huge part in healing and adjusting to stress and anxiety. The gift of yoga is life changing and sharing it is the greatest blessing.

We are sharing our knowledge and experience with a new group of individuals interested in deepening their practice of yoga and self, people who want to teach yoga or to those who are curious about the body and why yoga is one of the best ways for healing.
