Side torso crunch form check… better known as mermaid🧜‍♀️

Set yourself up on the back platform, facing the side, with your top foot secured under the X-Strap.

Keep your chest open to the side + shoulders relaxed.

One arm up overhead, one hand on that oblique to feel it working.

Start at a slight angle to keep tension through the top oblique.

Slowly lengthen through the top oblique as you lower laterally toward the floor.

Keep your spine long.

Squeeze through the obliques to return, stopping just before coming all the way up to keep that constant tension!🔥
