ELITE FHC – Developing Players into Officials & Umpires

The Elite FHC Youth Umpire Program is designed to support and develop young players as they take their first steps into officiating.

The program provides youth with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of umpiring, gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop valuable leadership and communication skills—all while staying connected to the game they love.

Our goal is to create a pathway for players to become officials, encouraging the next generation of umpires to grow alongside the sport and contribute to the development of field hockey in our community.
