Ocean Athletics has once again partnered with Pen Run (formerly Peninsula Runners) to provide timing and volunteers for the 2019 Trail Run series. The first race was Tuesday January 1 - Crescent Park. BC Cross Country Championships in Abbotsford
Friday November 2 - it is a gorgeous day - come and take advantage of a throws practice with Coach Dave 5-6pm - training and then a competition with ribbons!
