Hey guys, I see people on here today who think they know Boxing saying Ryan got out boxed. First rhyme was on the front foot chasing his opponent who was on the back foot all night running. In a close fight, especially a world championship fight the judges look at who was the aggressor who made the fight happen obviously that was Ryan and then they look at the championship rounds which is the last three rounds Ryan won all three. And that knocked down which wasn’t considered a knockdown when I made it a 10 eight round even without the knockdown when a fighter dominates around as Ryan did it still considered a 10 eight round. After the first fight, the judges were under a microscope. I had Ryan easily winning by four rounds. A championship fight should not end in a draw they should add up the scores that would be Ryan’s decision again, so no matter how you look at it our fighter Ryan Rozycki is our world champion. especially after the world champion pulled out from fighting him five times which is ridiculous. Great fight, Ryan WBC champion of the world.

The most important aspects I’m boxing are. Number one cardio and muscle endurance. It doesn’t matter how good your technique is if you can’t go three rounds the less skill fighter has a greater chance of winning number two… Technique and balance, knowing where your feet are at all times is your balance, make sure feet aren’t too narrow or too wide. Remember to bring your back foot up with your front foot when you step forward whatever direction you are moving that foot moves first. Number three… Defense, defence defence it is so important anyone can throw a punch you have to be taught defense, and it only gets better by practising every single day moving your head slightly before and after punches decreases the chance of being hit and that’s a whole idea of Boxing, hitting the opponent more than he hit you. Keep punching.
