I get it moms, im tired as hell by the end of the day too.
Its hard work taking care of kids all day and it makes sense to feel like you have nothing left for yourself.
But hear me out.
Bring the kids.
Get them involved.
Let them watch you.
Cheer you on.
Ask for help.
I will continue to challenge the story that most tell themselves.
"I miss being skinny, but I have kids"
"I miss having energy, but im not sleeping"
"I miss feeling strong, but I have no time"
The truth is that none of us 'have time' but between the cooking, cleaning and nap schedules we prioritize the training.
A living room workout with a couple of weights gets the job done.
A 20 minute jog while the kids ride their bikes beside you counts.
Getting a gym membership where there is child care is totally an option.
Stop sitting in this discomfort and hating your body or fitness level because "you are a mom"
If anyrhing- i know that BECAUSE you are a mom, that you CAN do hard s**t.
So get after it.
Use them as your reason to do it! Not as an excuse.
