Did you know that one of the biggest obstacles to a fulfilling s*x life (at any size) is a poor body image?
If you don’t find yourself to be s*xually appealing, you believe that you aren’t s*xually attractive to your partner, even if your partner tells you that you are the most s*xy, attractive, desirable person on earth.
Because when you don’t feel desirable or attractive, you subconsciously tell yourself that you aren’t worthy of being touched, loved or seen.
That you have to ‘’wait’’ until you aren’t insecure anymore to enjoy intimacy with your partner.
To quote Esther Perel, ‘’you don’t feel like you have the right to want, take or receive pleasure’’.
When you have negative feelings about your body, your desire and drive are inhibited…because in society, we tell you that there is an ‘’ideal, perfect s*xual body’’..
And that if you don’t look like ‘’society’s ideal of the perfect s*xual body’’, then you aren’t s*xy. You aren’t desirable. You aren’t attractive.
But that isn’t true.
There isn't an "ideal, perfect s*xual body".
You deserve to be loved at any size.
You deserve to be touched at any size.
You deserve to have pleasure at any size.
Love your body and accept it regardless of your size and weight. If you don’t love yourself now, you will not love yourself when you reach a certain size.
When you realize that s*xy is a FEELING and not a certain look or body, you will finally be able to thrive in your sensuality and s*xuality.

Same Clothes… 7 Years Apart… Different Lifestyle
Inspiring transformation of Coach Moises Ruiz
28 years old:
⭐️I didn’t care about what I was eating
⭐️I was working out but not consistently
⭐️I used my busy schedule as an excuse to skip workouts and eat junk food
⭐️I was stressed and working 60 hours a week
⭐️I would order food and eat out whenever I could (notice the McDonald's bag :P)
⭐️I felt unhappy about my body and I will avoid social gatherings, especially in the summer
⭐️Health was not my priority and I didn’t care about having a chronic auto immune disease (Type 1 Diabetes)
⭐️I was very conscious of my body and felt insecure about how I looked
35 years old
⭐️I enjoy cooking and eating healthy recipes with my SO
⭐️I prioritize the time I need to workout and it’s a non-negotiable part of my routine
⭐️I learned it’s not about having the time but about making the time
⭐️I deal with my stress through exercising instead of JUNK FOOD
⭐️I’m confident about how I look & I’m in the best shape of my life
⭐️I’ve reduced my insulin consumption by 30% & longevity is my priority (notice the Quinoa bag)
⭐️I met the love of my life who is 11 years younger and we’ve built a healthy lifestyle as a couple through The Couple Challenge

⭐️I have 4 tattoos and want more(one of them is visible in this pic, can you spot it?), Moises has 0 and doesn't plan on having any 🤪
⭐️I'm 24 (25 in a few weeks) and Moises is 35 years old. We have 11 years difference☺️
⭐️I have combined-ADHD, Moises is neurotypical and has Type 1 Diabetes.
⭐️ Before becoming a certified personal trainer, I was studying civil law at university of Ottawa and went on a journey to rediscover myself, the rest is history🤣
⭐️ Before becoming a certified personal trainer, Moises but graduated with a Bachelor in Management and I.T.
⭐️ I speak french and english fluently, I self-taught myself sign language 6 years ago but unfortunately haven't got to use it so I lost most of it...
⭐️Moises is perfectly fluent in english, french and spanish because he went to a french private school in Guadalajara, Mexico!
⭐️We tried Keto years ago before we didn't know it was total crap, and now we are focusing on eating wholefood and plantbased 95% of the time, which helped reduce his insulin consumption, and helped me reduce my fogginess and be in control of my ADHD symptoms.
⭐️Moises is an early bird (wakes up at 4am to workout), meanwhile I am a night owl (not by choice, I suffer from insomnia for the past 24 years)
⭐️We eat popcorn with nutritional yeast, wine and chopsticks 😌
⭐️Even though Moises is Mexican, I can handle more heat 🌶🥵 than him😜
⭐️Our favorite date activity to do is going to the spa and sweat in the sauna 🤣
⭐️We went to an ADHD-relationship seminar by Melissa Orlov when our relationship kinda went downhill because of my ADHD(which we didn't know at the time), now Moises is my biggest ADHD ally and he listens to ADHD poscasts on a daily basis to understand how my brain is wired and how he can help me❤️
