No matter the age, old or young, it is very important to put an emphasis on stamina and endurance early on in your martial arts journey and the more you progress the better u become and are capable of doing greater things, not only in your martial arts journey but in life also !!!! Osu👊👊

We not only teach karate kyokushin, we also self defense for children starting from the age of seven and up, which includes how block, punch, kick, elbow strikes, knees, counter attacks, take downs and neutralizing your bully/attacker. When learning how to step into Zenkutsu Dachi, you break it step by step by step ( proper step forward, bending the knee just above the toes and body 45 degrees) and when it’s time to perform, you step into Zenkutsu Dachi naturally….. Osu !!!👊👊
