Exciting News!
Over the next few months, I’ll be expanding my education and pursuing specialized certification in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause fitness coaching.
As a trainer, I believe it’s important to keep learning and growing so I can better serve my clients. Women going through these stages of life often experience changes in energy, recovery, body composition, strength, sleep, and overall health—and they deserve fitness guidance that reflects what they’re actually experiencing.
My goal is to gain a deeper understanding of how to help women build strength, improve confidence, support bone health, and feel their best through every stage of life.
