I’m hearing that Ryan Clark has been arrested and I believe a court case is going to be scheduled shortly.  I will update information as it comes to me. 

Subject: Court Hearing Update - Ryan Clark

Dear Ball hockey recipients.

I am writing to inform you about the recent developments regarding Ryan Clark’s court hearing. Unfortunately, Mr. Clark did not appear in person as required. Instead, he attended via Zoom, which was deemed unacceptable by both the judge and the crown.

As a result, a warrant has been issued for Mr. Clark’s arrest. The case has now been put on hold until he is brought to court in person.

We will keep you updated on any further developments.

Case is going to trial Jan-14 and 15th 2025.

Hey everybody, I just got word today that it’s going to trial in January. He’s up for multiple charges and restitution is one of the things that the crown is going for.

I will keep everybody posted .

I’m hearing all he got was probation and he has to pay back everything he took when he “ starts working” Problem is he will never go to work.

Going to see if I could get a update on what the out come was.

Remanded….Lavia has court appearance on Jan 24. Clark on Jan 30.

Today we got a call….this is the update ……. This is the response I got:
They (the couple) have been charged and it is now in the hands of the court.

Just so you know, the judicial process takes some time, but restitution could be ordered as a condition after conviction.

They HAVE been Charged, so that's good news! No idea how long everything else will take.

We will see what happens when they go to court.

We have a update…stay tuned. We are confirming but I believe we have some good news.
