Events 2023

Hula Hoop Tbay has had such an exciting and event filled year !! Shan Roman & Kay Dee have been at many events;

My favourite which has been time spent volunteering at The Underground Gym & Youth Centre Inc almost monthly with those kids!

We’ve been in the schools doing programming for children!

We have done a bunch of private “light up” birthday parties at various locations including Mt Mckay , Giinawind Co., Murillo Community Hall

We participated for the second year now at The Craft Revival.

Participated in Pride Fest and attended the Rally. Pride Thunder Bay

Hula hooped for 6 hours at Thunder Bay Buskers Festival.

Did a fun performance and Demo area again this year at Hymers Fall Fair

Due to weather held online events & fundraised by selling hoops for Rocking Recovery we hope will be a huge success next year!

And ended the summer with a huge event at Castlegreen! Castlegreen Co-Operative

I got to have regular practices during the warmer months with a couple girls who committed to learning some choreographed hoop moves

I’ve also made and sold over 50 custom hula hoops!!

When I think back it’s been my most amazing year yet!!!

Ps. Hula Hoop TBay also offers face painting and temporary tattoos as an addition. Tiyana DeGiacomo is becoming really great at this !
