Today is the rain date for Thunder City Speedway’s final regular-season race, and Owen Racing is ready to go!🏁

Come out and watch Jesse, Jimmy & Selena battle it out in the Hornet class, while Johnny O takes on the A-Mods!

Tonight is a BIG one, #22 Jesse Owen and #34 Selena Owen are going head-to-head for the Hornet championship title! 🏆 It’s all or nothing tonight!

As for #21 Nate Owen in the Street Stocks, he’s been sidelined since his last race at Emo after the crash resulted in a concussion and some damage to the car. He’ll be out for the rest of the season, unless we see a surprise appearance somewhere in October. 👀🏁

Strong results last couple weeks but not quite enough speed to win but still very consistently at the front contending for the win and staying in contention for the championship, its been such a great season racing with my cousins Selena & Jimmy battling it out every week

#23 Jimmy Owen gets it done! 🏁

The winner I’m sure none of us were expecting! 😂 Jimmy started 7th in the feature and while Selena & Jesse were battling it out with a couple other cars, he found a lane on the outside and passed them all! He and Jesse battled it out right to the finish, coming across the line side-by-side in a literal photo finish to take the feature win! 🏁

We are so proud of Jimmy and so happy he got it done! Such a great drive from 7th to 1st and definitely an exciting way to finish the night!

He started 3rd in his heat and finished 4th, making for a great night overall!

Feeling good racing the cobalt the last few weeks getting my first heat win of the year at TCS on the 29th and the 2nd feature win on the 5th, changed up some air pressures put newer tires on the rear to fix the rear from sliding out and carry speed through the corner
