There are some wonderful items in this online auction to raise money for an important cause - a cause that addresses the root of the most important problems we face as a society in this part (and others) of the planet. I'm offering some online yoga teaching and bids are open. They are still accepting donations of things and services. Really, please check out the art and the support here - it's amazing!

Here’s an update on my pandemic/post-pandemic yoga teaching plans. Please let me know if you’re interested!
1) Right now, private lessons are still available online by appointment. "Bubble" (when ok) or household/family lessons are possible too.
2) In the very near future, a twelve-week online program to help students create a personalized home practice.
3) When the weather warms and outdoor gathering is deemed safe, small outdoor in-person beginner and adapted hatha yoga classes.
4) In the future when indoor classes are allowed, a return to in-person, very small group restorative classes, private lessons, and bodywork sessions.

I’m selling four of the puffy bolsters, maroon colour and two of the firmer and smaller green ones to offer. I also have twenty straps (mostly 8’, some with D-rings and some with plastic quick-release clips) and ten yoga mats (one brand new); at least 8 cork blocks, some brand new; four white foam rollers, almost new. Prices may be slightly negotiable depending on what it is you want and how many. Some bolsters are basically new so I would ask $50, others more worn at $25. Mats $5. Straps $5. Cork blocks new $15, gently used $10. Foam rollers $15. Etransfer or cash; contactless pickup (delivery might be possible). What is not sold will be donated to a good cause, already arranged.

Getting comfortable, a supportive base #1. Comments welcome! 3 minutes today and my speech gets pretty fast at the end; you might want to have some quiet music or a relaxing guided meditation handy for after you get comfortable :) If I had editing capacity, I would edit out the goofy lying down bits, but there we have it - a learning experience!
