We would like to thank everyone that came out to help us at leading horses for all the riders and for caring for our horses and the other farm animals making sure they were happy and comfortable during their stay at the CLE. during the fair. There were a lot of people that came through the Heritage building happy that they got to pet the animals and have the opportunity to ride a horse. You all helped make this event a great success.

We are having a great time at the CLE, come down and say hi. We have some prizes to give away.

How do you make the most difficult post, that I have had to make. Today, my mother left her earthly home, I live in the hope of seeing her again, in different circumstances and glory. My mom, was a thesaurus of definitions, she had her flaws, but also had her attributes too.
Processing, I am still Processing with tears and laughter (she was cheeky), she was so much and meant the world to me. But no one was better than me at causing her to loose her temper.
It has been a long, slow goodbye that wrenches your guts out, I became whomever she needed at that moment. In one visit I was her sister, mother, father, husband, friend to daughter ❤️.
Yesterday I requested your prayers, today I thank you for them and with a heartfelt thank you let you know she us at peace.
I will continue to ask for your patience as I come to terms with everything. Thank you to the wonderful and kind staff off Roseview Manor, the Lady of the Manor has left the building leaving behind great memories and stories. I am so thankful, that my sister Michelle, had done so many preparations, allowing this day to go by with greater ease.

I apologize for not getting back to people sending messages, we are in a difficult transition currently, my mom is at the end of her life. She is a fiercely defiant woman, so this may take time. I just ask for prayers, for our family and that mom is welcomed home by her heavenly father.

A new Ojibwe filly on the farm!

A new Ojibwe filly is on the farm!

Today we welcomed a beautiful Ojibwe Spirit Horse filly into the world. Thank you, Denise Atkinson and Ojibwe Horse Bimaadizi for your support in helping to bring back this endangered species. There are approximately 200 left in the world and Grace Equestrian Centre is proud to be helping grow the breed. Nigig was bred to stallion Was Co Tae for this beautiful filly.

After looking at the forecast we will not be doing a camp on Feb 17th. The good news is temperatures will start to improve the middle of next week.

Nov 2, 2024 we will be holding our annual barn fun Halloweenie Gymkhana. We are limited spaces available so please sign up ahead of time for your time and horse being used. So sign up and come on out for some fun. We will still be doing our naturals group at the usual time.
