Today was a GUN RUN | Triceps + Biceps kind of workout. To say that I’m proud of Ryan and the progress that has been made, would be an understatement. Ryan has grown STRONGER by the day and more importantly, SHOWS UP | never missing a beat. Here, you can see the magic happening as we showcase our hard work and dedication.
