🎈Coach Evan is know to bring the killer workouts to the gym and push you to the limits you didint know you have! You are sure to be leaving the gym after his workout with a tired body but expanded knowledge!

‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE OF CHANGES

EFFECTIVE STARTING JULY 2, 2026

⏰All classes will now be extended to one (1) hour each, for all youth, adult recreational and adult competitive.

🔗Adult Recreational and Adult Competitive will be scheduled at the same time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:45 - 7:45pm. These classes will typically still be seperate utilizing all the space in the gym.

🆕 You can now add onto your membership "Open Gym Sunday" from 6:00 - 7:00pm, this is optional but would allow you some extra time in the gym to work on your own. During this time you can do your own workout on the heavy bag, wall bag or even utilize the new ab room in the back. For more information regarding pricing be sure to check out the website to take all look at all the membership options to best suit your needs.
