Well 18th year in Fitness this year. Can not believe how fast time flys.
Here we are another January and more resolutions. We did statics every year in Toronto for every gym I managed. For the Record it was 7. And after all these years the numbers at IHRSA which is the world fitness organization still has not changed. We have tried everything but still no movement.
Personal Training is still the best way to ensure your fitness success giving you the knowledge, motivation and accountability needed to push to your personal goals.
I thought I would share some of these stats with you in hopes that it will make you little more focused this year or to help you get the right help you need to make the right decision.
Here we go did you know that only 10% of a community will join a fitness facility and out of that number only 10 percent use the facility. And again out of that number only 10% have the drive and knowledge to stay fit. (I say stay because this 10% are athletes or people obsessed with fitness always).
So for my little home town it means out of 45 000 people 4500 have gym memberships. out of those members only 450 workout at least 3 times a week. Furthermore out of that 450 only about 45 people are where they want to be or very close.
So every year Goodlife gets hundreds of thousands of members to join and yet less than 1% take advantage or get what they where really looking for.
Trainers help close that gap. for instants I have 35 clients and see them all at least 2-4 times a week ensuring that we improve and stay on track each week towards THEIR goals. (Not mine)
I hope this year 2018 we can help more people stay focused with their fitness and wellness goals. We are here to help ask questions they are always free. Don't believe what uneducated people tell you. Most people have opinion about fitness but science has facts that can guarantee you results.

Just as crazy stat for everyone my client John Proeller has done 3550 Ball throws fro abs with 12lbs med ball in the last two months just unheard of.
Anyone up for the challenge message me and I will show you how crazy it really is.
lying on your back with knees bent have a friend toss a med ball over your head you have to lower it all the way above your head to the ground and throw the ball at the start of a a full sit up. man 3550 of them 56 years old just a machine right now
