SPRING & SUMMER OFF-ICE SESSIONS

Northern Prospect Development is back starting the LAST WEEK OF MAY and running EVERY SECOND WEEK all summer long!

These sessions are designed to help athletes improve:Speed & Agility,Core Strength,Reaction Time,Sport Specific Training (not just hockey)

- Limit of 10 players per session
- All ages welcome
- $30 per session
