Sessions are fully customizable—tell us your team’s needs and we’ll tailor a development plan to match, whether that’s skating mechanics, edge work, or overall skill development.

Now is the time to start planning for 2026 and elevate your team’s compete level on the ice.

Northern Prospect Development is excited to introduce our New Mindset & Hockey IQ Video Sessions — designed to help players grow mentally, strategically, and confidently both on and off the ice.

For $20 / 20-minute session, athletes will gain access to:

✅ Pre-game player mindset training
✅ Mental health conversations tailored to athletes
✅ Hockey IQ + positional awareness breakdowns
✅ An open and transparent space to discuss goals, challenges, and long-term development

These sessions are perfect for players looking to elevate their approach, sharpen their decision-making, and build the mental side of their game.
