Tonight we’re trying something a little different… POUND Unplugged ✨
This is not your normal POUND class. POUND Unplugged blends movement, strength, breathwork, stretching, and mindfulness into one powerful experience. It’s designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and recharged.
I’m exploring this class format as a future offering at one of our local Pilates studios, so I wanted to give my POUND crew the chance to experience it first.
While Unplugged is typically a 30-minute format, tonight we’re keeping it at our usual 45 minutes so you get the full experience.

Modifications? Of course.
Listening to her body? Always.
Still coming, still moving, still getting it done? 100%.
This is what commitment looks like. And I am SO proud of her. 💛
It’s also such a good reminder that there is no perfect time to start. You don’t need perfect energy, perfect timing, or everything lined up just right. You just need to show up.
And yes… we are all slightly on edge every class like 👀
