📅➕➕➕ Starting next Monday you've got 2 more Get Stronger classes, and one now on Wednesday too! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!! Yes, upon requests we've now got a Pilates to follow Get Stronger on Tuesdays at 12PM. We've got more in the works, but excited to say these changes are now available to be booked into the calendar!

We've just rolled out a new curriculum, and are only into our second week of QWC! We aren't closing for the long weekend!! Feel free to distribute any unwanted hollow chocolate bunnies at the front desk and we'll be sure to find them a good home.🐰🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🤤

It’s been a bit of a crazy week here at recess, moving ahead with the renovation of our second space, migrating to a new booking platform called Walla, and recovering from the daylight savings time switch. But we made it through, and will not be deterred for spring because of this snow. Hope to see you at the next round of Q***r Workout Club!

It’s February 1st, and if you’re looking back at January worried you didn’t get where you wanted in a new fitness routine… don’t fret!!! Andi’s hosting Q***r Lifting Fundamentals over 2x 1.5 hour classes. So you can stop doom-scrolling fitness influencers and join a community of other folx looking to learn to lift. Q***r-led, for anyone who self-identifies as q***r. 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

Adrian’s OFFICIALLY back in action!! After undergoing a hip replacement surgery Nov 18, 2025 - the first video shows the first physio session the week after surgery. It was extremely challenging to activate the muscles. He’s been keeping up with what is largely boring and intense physio, and here’s him in video 3 showing off today (6 weeks after surgery)!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 WELCOME BACK!!!!
It’s a calm, cozy space to do contemporary mat Pilates here at Recess. We’re hosting some free classes over our holiday break, so come try a class if you’ve been curious. Beginner-friendly. Occasionally props. Focus on bringing awareness to how you move, condition your core, and build strength from the centre. 📆 Regular classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
