What to expect?
3 Circuits / 3 Sets / 30 minutes
This full body class has an equal balance of strength and cardio with very little rest! Nothing is off limits in this classβbe prepared to sweat! The goal: decreased risk of injury, improved muscle activation, and improved running economy.
No equipment needed.
Can I take this class even if I'm not a huge runner or biker? Of course!! This class is open to all and provides a great base of training for your body regardless of your usual training program.

What do you miss most about the gym? πͺ
For a lot of us, fitness is social. Working out is not just about results but also sharing that experience with others - motivating and supporting each other. Unfortunately, at-home workouts can often feel impersonal and anti-social. Our goal is to change that. Our two-way virtual training keeps groups together and brings back that much needed social aspect into at-home training ππ.

Having taught and trained in India, Alizeh is a certified yoga teacher who specializes in pelvic yoga and mobility routines. She has taught clients across Canada and loves to share her knowledge and help others achieve their goals. As a full-time superhero, Alizeh is a lawyer by day and also runs an amazing podcast about women's wellness ().
