Rain was a constant, but Colleen and I managed to get in some golf at the range and a frosty beverage or two.
The good news is that the Long weekend forecast looks good for baseball in Rexdale Dom Day!!
A bit of lawncutting this week and then we are off to the Big Smoke for fun and friends.

Team McCrae Defends Their Glory:
Remember those grizzled veterans who dominated the ice last year? Yep, that’s right—the defending champs, Team McCrae, are strapping on their vintage skates once again. 🏆
Al and Gord McCrae, the Brothers of Backhand Brilliance, are back to prove that age is just a number. They might have a few more gray hairs, but their wrist shots still have the precision of a Swiss watch. ⌚
Rumor has it that Al’s pre-game ritual involves a cup of herbal tea, a dab of tiger balm, and a heartfelt conversation with his lucky hockey stick. Gord, on the other hand, swears by a secret blend of maple syrup and hockey tape. 🍁🏒
Can they recapture their high school glory? Or will they end up in the penalty box for excessive reminiscing? Only time (and a few well-placed hip checks) will tell.
