Our talented Chef Ben is passionate about using the finest ingredients to create memorable dining experiences at Weston Golf and Country Club! 🍝✨

For our latest creation, we’ve used thin, long noodles from Famiglia Baldassare in Toronto. The star of the dish is the delicate snow crab from Fogo Island, Newfoundland. Our sauce, crafted from fresh Ontario sweet corn, green onions, bomba chili, lemon, and butter, brings it all together.
