Perfect at home dance space!
I've been loving teaching in-your-home dance lessons and wanted to showcase the set up at my dancers house... in their basement hallways between play area and workout space. All you need is a 6×6 foot space to get started!

Joining my fellow Toronto highland dance studios for the St Patrick's day parade was awesome... and while I loved rocking my full kilt outfit again, I got a wee bit jealous seeing dancers from the other studios wearing logo'd jackets... so I reached out to the wonderful women of and started the process to be able to order studio wear from them!
These are the first mock ups of what our logo will look like... and I'm stoked to be able to order some gear soon!!!

Sneak peak at my "day job" as a COO for hire:
I was writing my notes for sundays dance class, and realized I was writing almost the exact same thing as last week... which happens a lot, especially will the wee ones and/or when learning a new dance.
First I lamented the wasted time/paper/ink to keep writing out the same thing... then my COO brain switched on!
What if I made a spreadsheet! Then I could just checkmark each week!
And so, I created one... which became multiple for the different levels! So much future time saved!!
What's something you find yourself doing over and over? How about stopping the repetition and saving your future self precious minutes / hours / days ??

What is your families tartan?
On my mother's side I'm a Hay... and for most of my childhood I rocked our families tartan... the ancient version. No red based tartan for me, nope I got to wear orange...
I'm proud to be a Hay... and I was also very grateful when I needed a bigger kilt and my mom bought me a blue one!
