Pacific Golf Club, Brisbane — Driving Range Now Complete!

Our second short-flight driving range in Australia, and a new template for how clubs make more of the land they already have.

A 60m × 45m fully artificial turf outfield, enclosed in netting and shaped so every ball gravity feeds to a central collection point — no manual ball collection, no downtime. Wedge target greens are built into the outfield, and the range will be paired with Toptracer so golfers can see full ball flight.

It sits alongside the club's existing short-game course, forming one continuous practice precinct.

Our Wedge Calibration Targets are set at varying distances, with the size of each target corresponding to the tour average result from that distance. A facility designed designed to sharpen wedge accuracy and distance control.

Practice With Purpose.

Construction is taking shape on a new Smart-Range at Pacific Golf Club in Brisbane, Australia.

These designs enable full thru-the-bag practice and are long enough to observe your ball's flight, but take up significantly less space than a normal driving range.

England just came through its driest July since 1836.

8% of average rainfall, hosepipe bans across most of the country, and 71.3% of the country in drought by August.

Every dry summer, golf gets asked the same question: why should you get water when nobody else does?

It's a fair question. And the answer isn't an exemption — it's needing less water in the first place.

Not every part of a golf course needs to be green. Greens, tees and approaches carry the golf; fairways and rough can dry out and recover. Moisture monitoring puts water only where it earns its keep. And in the longer term, facilities can be designed for it: smaller maintained footprints, targeted irrigation, recycled and stored water, climate-resilient layouts.

Great golf doesn't have to mean more water.

Ground is moving at Ladies' Golf Club of Toronto.

Himalayas Golf is building a dedicated short game facility at the Thornhill, Ontario club — three greens for chipping and putting, plus a full bunker complex. Drainage is in and shaping is underway.

Ladies' has operated since 1924, founded by Ada Mackenzie and designed by Stanley Thompson. It remains the only private club in North America owned and operated by women, for women.

Our CEO Paul Jansen walks the site.

Progress at Pacific Golf Club, our second short-flight driving range in Australia. 🇦🇺

Taking shape in Carindale, Brisbane, the new facility is fully enclosed by netting across a compact 60m x 45m footprint, with artificial turf throughout and dedicated wedge target greens.

One of the smartest features is beneath the surface. The entire range is designed so balls gravity-feed naturally to a single collection point, removing the need for traditional ball collection. The facility will also be paired with Toptracer technology to create a complete practice experience.

And the structure is already making an impression locally. Rumour has it that pilots flying into Brisbane Airport use it as a beacon, earning it the nickname “King Kong’s Cage.” 🦍
