Tonight’s 5K will head north-west on our familiar Kennedy Park and Glendonwynne route to follow Glenlake and Colbeck west to Evans (2 short blocks before Jane). Take Evans north to Annette, Annette east to High Park and south to Glenlake. Turn west down the Glenlake hill to Clendennan, south to Bloor and back to the store.

Free Run Club every Sunday at 9 a.m. starting at the High Park Running Room, 2100 Bloor St. W. All paces and abilities welcome.

We do a 5 km route but you are welcome to run a bit before you come to the store or add as much as you want (or need to if you have a fall longer race) afterwards.

This week we’ll go back to the route that allows everyone to say hi, high five, or just smile at the runners ahead or behind you because it’s an out and back route. Regardless of your pace, you’ll see everyone! And feel free to stay and have 1/2 an orange and a cool cup of water.
